ServiceMaster Restoration by Desert Dry Technicians in the Phoenix area understand the importance of communication with the policyholder, the agent, and the adjuster.  Their goal is to make sure there are no unpleasant surprises during the restoration process.

The first priority when a technician arrives on-site is putting the policyholder at ease.  Next he reviews the property and records the damage with digital photos, saving time for the adjuster.  The technician then explains ServiceMaster’s role in the recovery process and walks the insured through the remediation process using our patented Master Moments brochure.  The technician then calls the adjuster to explain the severity and scope of the damages.  The following morning a ServiceMaster representative calls the insurance agent and updates the agent with details of the loss.  Upon completing the loss a Completion & Satisfaction form is obtained, and the policy holder is contacted within 48 of the job’s completion for a follow up survey.  The insurance agent if then notified of the survey results.
